What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We would like to inform you that each order will be dispatched to the client via Courier service.
Shipping in Greece is Free of Charge.
Shipping cost/expenses abroad depends on the weight and mass of each order.
About Products’ Delivery
The products to and from our company are dispatched by the courier service of our option. The expenses all over Greece as far as our products are concerned are covered by our company. They are sent within two or three days according to the shipping address.
For international shipping addresses, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. Express zone is mainly used with our courier service. So the shipping cost will be estimated by our online shop, based on express delivery price list.
Shipment abroad is subjected to 23% vat,with the exception to valid import/export regulations from and to countries abroad.
-Customs clearance expenses are in force for non-papers or/non documents to all countries abroad where shipment is obligatory by export legislation.
-Shipping invoices of all kinds are subject to terms and regulations as registered on the shipping invoice.
-According to IATA legislation ,non-papers should undergo volume measuring procedure.Weight conversion factors:Airways x 200,Distance x 333,Greece x 200.In cases volume measuring over weighs ,then expenses cost is calculated on the volume measuring basis.
-Import Tax and service charges are paid off within 30 days from the invoice issue date.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our e-shop provides you with four (4) different payment options:

(This code is necessary, when someone prefers using the e-banking system)
In case of selecting this payment option, the prepayment of the order is obligatory. Otherwise, the order will be invalid ,thus, it will not be completed. We would undoubtedly appreciate if the receipt of deposit is issued under the full name of the client.
2. Cash On Delivery (additional fee 3€)
This option gives someone the opportunity to pay the value of his/her order just when the client receives his/her order. Here, we should clarify that if someone chooses this means of payment, then the client will have an additional fee of 3€ per order. Furthermore, this way of payment is available just in case of having purchases within Greece.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Your payments are protected by the cardholder authentication services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These services provide additional protection when you pay by Visa or MasterCard (issued by any bank) on the web. For these cardholder authentication services to be activated, the issuing Bank of your card must participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services and you must own your personal secret code (pin) to be used exclusively for payments on the web. To obtain your code you must contact your Bank.
ATTENTION: Even if the issuing Bank of your card does not participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services yet, your payment will still be securely completed.
Orders & Returns
Ordering Terms /Procedure
Each bag is delivered to its owner only after an individual order. The construction takes about 7 to 10 days (in case of massive orders, delivery time varies due to the amounts ordered. However the customer is informed in due time.)in any case the customers code serial is still registered, followed and recorded.
How Can I Return a Product?
We have a customer friendly return policy – we will refund you the
full amount. However, return shipping cost is at the owner’s expences. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the below return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details you would like us to refund the amount to. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
b) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before the product is going to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it in safety. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that any product damage is hindered.
d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to email@example.com with the tracking number. Products without tracking number, as the can’t be tracked, moreover, might be lost on transit process.
e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a).
If you have made an online payment, refunds will take time as follows:
1. Netbanking: 3 working days
2. Debit Card: 7 working days
3. Credit Card: 9 working days
Refunds Via Bank Transfer: (1. 5 working days)
Refunds are processed on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of every month. Once refund is completed from our end – you will receive an email notification regarding the same. Please note that we can only refund via online bank transfer. We cannot return Cash.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel an order yourself within one hour of placing it by the following steps.
Once an hour has expired , the order is automatically sent to our print presses so it cannot be cancelled or changed. Customer support is unable to cancel orders for you.
How to cancel your order
1. Sign in to your Orphans’ account, click Settings, then click Order History.
2. Locate the order you want to cancel.
- If you see the word Pending beside your order, continue to step 3.
- If it says In Production the hour window has passed, and it’s too late to cancel the order.
3. Click the order number.
4. Click the Cancel Order button and after that click Cancel this order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can use the ‘Guest Checkout’ as a casual user.

How Do I Track My Order?
Simply enter your order number in page Order Tracking in ORDER ID field, which can be found on your order confirmation or dispatch email. For tracking information to be displayed, please wait until you receive your order confirmation email to give us time to process this information.
